One of Finland’s most loved brand Finlayson wanted to have a dialogue with its customers and build their competence as the best expert of home textiles. We engaged people all over Finland to open their minds and homes to better understand their needs and wishes and what the role textiles can play in their lives and home decoration. Also an extensive trend scan and opportunity mapping was carried out together with Finlayson personnel. We can see the fruits of the work in Finlayson’s product development, new concepts and marketing.
