We have been privileged to work with Paulig for many years, creating together the key frameworks for consumer understanding in the Coffee Division.  We conducted a seven market need-based segmentation that functions as a starting point for Consumer First strategy, globally as well as locally.

To mention a few other activities, we designed and implemented an innovative digital tool that helps Paulig to keep the finger on the pulse of consumers and emerging trends, by combining consumer, brand and business metrics from various sources. We also helped Paulig to create their own coffee drinking community, ”Kahvirinki”, in order to have iterative and continuous dialogue with coffee drinkers.

As a close insight partner to Paulig, we have been part of several strategic projects whether it’s about innovation & ideation, understanding new markets or creating new brand positions.
