We dig for insights but we are also experts in turning the gathered insights into concrete actions. In summer 2017, we joined forces with Marketing Clinic and we are now part of Marketing Clinic Partners together with Okimo Clinic and P+SBD.

We offer you a top-notch position and possibility to work with the leading brands and companies in the Finland and Nordics. We are now looking for an experienced Insight Strategist and Insight Manager to join our growing team of professionals. You will work in an ambitious and high-performing team that is passionate about bringing the human factor into strategic business development. The position is permanent and located in Helsinki, Finland.

As an Insight Strategist we expect you to have:

· 7+ years of experience in customer-driven business development including customer experience development, branding and new product concepting as well as service design
· Experience in building customer-driven strategy platforms such as need-based segmentations, portfolio strategies and brand positionings
· Passion for sales and account management – proven track record in selling and conducting human insight projects successfully
· Hands-on experience in customer engagement and expertise in different qualitative and quantitative research methods, trend studies and co-creation
· Excellent people and project management skills
· Excellent language skills in Finnish and English
· Master’s degree

As an Insight Manager we expect you to have:

· 3+ years of experience in conducting human insight projects successfully
· Hands-on experience in customer engagement and expertise in different qualitative and quantitative research methods, trend studies and co-creation – experience in concepting and service design is considered as a plus
· 
Excellent people and project management skills
· 
Experience in supporting sales, e.g. by preparing proposals
· 
Excellent language skills in Finnish and English
· 
Master’s degree
