Kopla’s parent company, Marketing Clinic Partners, is looking to hire Head of HRD. Is it you?

Our team has grown rapidly and we are now looking for an experienced professional to build and implement group level HR processes and tools, and to offer support to our group companies in all locations (Nordic capitals).
Our ideal candidate is an HR professional who has solid background in developing HR strategies and processes in a fast-growing, low hierarchy and knowledge intensive environment. Experience from implementing culture and values, as well as integration is considered a benefit. We appreciate a proactive, open minded can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently in developing our future HR processes.

We expect you to have:
- 8+ years of experience in HR and HRD
- Proven track record of developing the HR function in a similar context
- Excellent language skills in Finnish and English, Swedish considered a benefit
- Master’s degree
The position is permanent and located in Helsinki, Finland.
